Panola Co Historical & Genealogical William Pinkley Black 1890 ca Info?? Hello, I am looking for a William Pinkney Black in Panola County. I am interested in where he was buried and any info off his tombstone. He migrated their from NC after serving NC in the War Between the States. He probably died somewhere between 1890-1910 and was born in the 1840's.
